Diana Gamez serves as Director of Operations at Empower Wealth & Tax, overseeing day-to-day operations across the firm’s growing office locations and helping ensure teams, systems, and client services work together effectively. Since joining Empower in March 2023, Diana has taken on progressively greater responsibilities throughout the firm, including serving as Director of Tax and Director of Human Resources, along with responsibilities in client service and team development.
Diana began her career in financial, tax, and insurance services in 2009 as a second-generation life insurance agent, following in the footsteps of both her parents.
Outside of work, Diana is a proud mother of two sons and one daughter. She enjoys painting, gardening, and kayak fishing, where she still proudly claims a personal best 10-pound bass caught at Lake Pflugerville.
